What is The Meatrix System



The Meatrix System is the MOST ACCURATE device to determine the doneness of the meat you cook. It is NOT a meat thermometer (but it will tell you the meat temperature). The Meatrix System's patented technology analyzes the chemical changes that occur when meat is cooked so it accurately and consistently tells you the doneness of the meat.

So with the Meatrix System your pork and poultry is much juicier but still will meet USDA/FSIS standards.



Works With Most Any Heat Source



Meatrix technology works equally well with most any heat source or cooking style. You can't use it with a microwave oven because of the metal probes but pretty much anything else works great with The Meatrix System.



Guides You To Cook Meat Perfectly



The Meatrix System guides you through the cooking process so anyone can get better and more consistent results than even professional grill chefs. It will tell you when to flip the meat so the meat is evenly cooked throughout its thickness. The Meatrix System will even tell if you need to lower the temperature to prevent the meat from continuing to cook after you remove it from the heat. The meat will be the doneness you want when you remove it from the heat and it will stay that way.



Long Life, High Temperature Rated Probes



Meatrix System probes are rated for over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. Most meat thermometers are rated for less than 600 F. Our probes are very thin, so they leave little to no hole in the meat and have very short measurement times, yet they are extremely durable.
